USING TRACKDEBTS
- What are the prerequisites for using Trackdebts?

Trackdebts is deployed as software given as SAAS ("Software As A Service"). All you need to use this service is a personal computer with internet connection. Of course you will need a browser, for which we recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox.
- Have you set up any demo or online tutorial training?

Trackdebts provides a one-off 25 free invoices for every account signed up as free trial to try out the services
http://www.trackdebts.sg/Registration.aspx. There is no charge at all for the first 25 invoices and you have to pay for only when you have finished using all 25 free invoices. If you are happy with the services, you can proceed to subscribe for the right plan.
- What is the limitation if I use the free account?

The one and only limitation with the free account is that, you will not be able to create more than 25 invoices.
- How do I subscribe for Trackdebts?

To subscribe for Trackdebts, simply go to http://www.trackdebts.sg/Registration.aspx. Visit http://www.trackdebts.sg/Prices.aspx and choose the plan that's right for you.
- How do I go about creating an invoice?

After you have logged into Trackdebts, click on the icon "Convert Sales Order to Invoice / Create Invoice” and follow through the invoice details creation on the page.
There are 3 button options at the bottom of the page. These are namely for the following purposes:
- Create Invoice: After creating the invoice, you will next check and verify the invoice details created.
- Save Invoice: Saving the invoice will save the details temporarily (which will be deleted after system log out).
- Clear Invoice: Clearing the invoice will erase all details input for the invoice.
If you click on Create Invoice, this will bring you to the next page to verify your invoice details and complete the process.
There are 2 other button options at the bottom of the page. These are namely for the following purposes:
- Confirm Invoice: Confirming the invoice will register the invoice in the system for you to follow up on.
- Edit invoice: Editing the invoice will allow you to change the invoice details created.
- Why can't I find an invoice which I have settled?

Please go to the Search > Invoices function on the menu bar. Click on the checkbox "View Settled Invoice Only" and then the Search button to view your settled invoices.
PAYMENT
- What are the payment modes available?

You can pay via PayPal which is the easiest and fastest way to pay for Trackdebts Services. With PayPal you can safely shop online without sharing your financial information with merchants. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also use your credit card or bank account (where available) to complete the payment transaction via PayPal.
- How do I pay the subscription plan?

Visit http://www.trackdebts.sg/Prices.aspx and choose the plan that's right for you.
- What is the difference between the subscription plan and the pre-paid plan?

The Subscription plan works on a monthly basis, whereby the purchased credits are valid for use only during the month. Any unused credits will not be carried forward to the next month (ie. each month starts fresh with the credits based on the monthly subscribed plan).
If you upgrade your Subscription plan within the month, the additional credits will be added on to your existing credits for that month. However, any unused credits resulting in that month will also not be carried forward to the next month
In the event that monthly funds are not duly received for the month, Trackdebts may serve notice to you to take action to top up the credits or cancel the account.
The Pre-paid plan, on the other hand, has a validity period of 3 months. Upon expiration of the validity period, your account will be suspended and only re-activated upon purchase of new credits.
- Can I terminate my account if I do not need it anymore? Can I get back a refund of my unused credits?

Yes, you can terminate your account by giving a 30 days written notice of termination to our Trackdebts customer support at customer-support@trackdebts.sg.
Once your account is terminated, any of your unused account credits (applicable for both the subscription and pre-paid plans) will also be terminated and there shall be no refund entitled to you.
ADMINISTRATION
- I have forgotten my password, how do I sign-in again?

Click on the "Forget Your Password" link in the "Log In" area and follow the instructions.
- How do I change my password?

Login to the service, click on the "Settings > Reset Password" function at the top menu bar. You can change your password on the page that comes up.
SECURITY
- Will my data be safe?

We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. The following are some of the measures that we have undertaken to ensure data security and its high availability -
- Our servers are hosted in Tier 1 data centres, access to which is strictly restricted.
- Infrastructure includes a secure firewall grid to prevent unauthorized data access.
- 24 x 7 monitoring of all the servers and other network infrastructures
- Intrusion detection/prevention mechanisms to detect/prevent attacks
- Encryption of data during its transfer to prevent eavesdropping.
- Continuous scanning of traffic for viruses and other suspicious activities
- Suspicious traffic is scanned and logged for daily audit.
- Automated backup of data, backed up data is compressed and password protected.
